Chris Corless

Chris was born and raised in Poway, California and currently resides in Encinitas. Working in Talent Acquisition for Illumina, a local San Diego Life Science company, Chris is extremely passionate about the hope of primary prevention when it comes to cancer, both globally and through local communities. 

​One of Chris’ biggest role models is his 87-year-old nana who has successfully beaten breast cancer twice and continues to fight every day. For Chris, she is a constant reminder that both his work at Illumina and the Fighter's Fight Foundation truly makes an impact.

As the Director of Corporate Outreach, Chris focuses on maintaining good relationships with businesses interested in supporting the Fighter's Fight Foundation via sponsorships. His work experiences and ability to connect with people prepare him well for this position.
